- Initial Intake (75 minutes) : $225
- 55 Minute Session: $175
- 75 Minute Session: $200
- 90 Minute Session: $250
Supervision and Consultation
- Individual Supervision Session (60 Minutes): $150
- Group Supervision Session (60 minutes): $100
ADHD Evaluation and Assessment
- Flat rate of $500 including:
1. 90 minutes diagnostic clinical interview
2. 60 minute follow up session for review of findings and recommendations
3. Price includes copies of all assessments, standardized testing, and written letter of findings
*Super-bills can be provided per request to submit for partial reimbursement from personal insurance companies. I am not actively in net-work with any insurance companies
