Supervision & Consultation
I am a Washington State Approved Clinical Supervisor. I enjoy supporting emerging clinicians as they learn, grow, and develop both the personal and professional skills within the counseling realm. I offer supervision for associates working toward licensure with a focus on trauma-informed and attached based work.
Clinical Supervision is educational and supportive which is necessary for the development of being a competent, ethical and professional provider. The model of supervision will be based on what works best for you.
The purpose, goals and objectives include fulfilling the requirements under Washington State Department of Health Credential Licensure to promote the development of the superviseeās professional identity and competence.
My style is collaborative, conversational, supportive, curious and grounded in real-work practice and situations. I offer quality supervision that focuses on trust, confidentiality, and empathetic support providing feedback in a safe, respectful, and empathetic way. We will explore cases, deepen your clinical thinking, navigate ethical questions, and build confidence so you can show up fully for the clientele.
