Find true meaning and purpose by working and moving through past trauma and conflict.

Welcome To Connected and Curious Counseling
I feel beyond grateful I get to work in a field that is inspiring, motivating, and I can define as my personal passion. I have found such beauty when collaborating with my clients to help them find their true meaning and purpose in life. I believe working and moving through past trauma and conflicts can help achieve anyone’s full potential and personal peace. Therapy, although can be challenging, is one of the most rewarding, life-changing, and positive experiences a person can be part of.
I am a person full of empathy, compassion, and is commitment to helping others no matter what walk of life they come from or what experiences they might have endured. I use a genuine and caring approach to help my clients not only understand themselves better, but to assist them to see their potential and that they can yes, truly heal from their past and reach their mental and emotional potential. I continue to strive to increase my overall knowledge and receive trainings related to trauma-
related care and perinatal disorders.
In my personal life, I am a wife, mother, sister, coach, and outdoor lover. I hope to get the honor to walk with you side by side in your mental health
journey to reach a sense of freedom, recovery, and peace.
